That is how we can offer the best fit for each project instead of forcing one crew onto every job.

Is there a minimum project size?

Yes. Our construction projects start at $50,000. That lets us give each one the planning and the trades it needs. A rough range like $50K to $100K or $250K and up is enough to start. Rebuilds after water, fire or storm damage have no minimum.

Do I need an insurance claim?

No. These are regular construction projects. If your project is a rebuild after water, fire or storm damage, we handle that too.
