Do I have to use my insurance company's contractor?

In New Jersey you can generally choose your own licensed contractor. Your carrier may suggest one, and that is fine too. Check your policy and tell your adjuster who you have chosen.

Are you a public adjuster?

No. We are not public adjusters and we do not negotiate claims. We arrange and do the repair work and document it for your adjuster. If you want representation, you can look up a licensed public adjuster through the NJ Department of Banking and Insurance.
