- 3Whether you need an architect or engineer. If you do, we bring one in or work with yours.
- 4Permits and approvals: building, zoning, historic districts, condo or co-op boards.
- 5A written scope and an itemized price, so you can compare apples to apples.
- 6A schedule with a start date, lead times for materials and the order the trades come in.

Interior finishing is done by Strong Construction, our own team: drywall, plaster, paint, trim and millwork, tile, flooring, kitchens and baths. Structural, roofing, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and other specialty trades come from licensed, insured partners in our network, coordinated on one schedule. Design work that needs a licensed architect or engineer is done by one.
