When you send a request, we collect what you enter: the type of damage, insurance details, your town and property type, an optional description and photos, and your name, phone and email.
How we use it
We use your information to call you back, understand your situation, and connect you with the right contractor. We contact you by phone, text or email only about your request, with your consent. Reply STOP to opt out of texts.
Who we share it with
Your request may be handled by Strong Construction or by a licensed, insured partner contractor in our network. We only share your details with the contractor assigned to your project. We do not sell your information.
Photos
Photos you upload are stored privately and are only visible to our team and the contractor assigned to your project.
Security and retention
We store requests in a secure database with restricted access and keep them as long as needed to handle your project and our records.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete your information, send a request through our contact page and tell us what you need.
