Full rebuilds · All of New Jersey
Not just a patch. A full rebuild of your home after an insurance loss.
One room, one floor or the whole house. When water, fire or a fallen tree takes a home down to the studs, we run the rebuild from demolition to the final walkthrough, with one schedule, one point of contact and the documentation your adjuster needs at every stage.
Before the rebuild
What happens first
- 1Make the home safe and dry. Emergency dry-out, board-up or tarping comes first, through a vetted partner if needed.
- 2Document everything before demolition: photos, measurements and notes on the original finishes, so what goes back matches what was there.
- 3Agree on the scope with your adjuster: an itemized Xactimate-style estimate room by room.
- 4Decide on any upgrades now. If you want more than a like-for-like rebuild, we price the difference separately so your claim stays clean.
- 5Permits and inspections are pulled by the licensed contractor doing the work.
- 6Get a written schedule with a start date before anything is torn out.
If it's still getting worse, send a request and mark it as an emergency. It goes to the top of the list.

For your insurance
What your adjuster usually needs
- Photos and measurements of every affected room, taken before demolition.
- Notes on original materials: plaster or drywall, millwork profiles, stone, hardwood species and finish.
- An itemized estimate your adjuster can review line by line.
- Progress photos at each stage, especially before walls are closed.
- Supplements with photos when hidden damage turns up after demolition.
- Receipts for Additional Living Expenses if you are out of the home.
